Dear Customer:
For the first time since the summer of 2008, Hutchens Industries, Inc. is announcing a price increase. The new price schedule will be effective with shipments on or after July 1, 2010, and will be firm through December 31, 2010. The increase(s) will be applied as follows:

Prices for "Two Spring" type suspensions (900’s and 11455) will remain unchanged.
As noted above, this is our first increase in two years. Through the intervening months we’ve held our prices firm or reduced them steadily. Like all of you, we were doing our very best to cope with this difficult and painful recession which overtook our country. We have now reached a point when we can no longer ignore the pressure of cost increases…particularly the rise in the price of steel. Thus, the price adjustments you see here.
